 1. Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes! All our products are carefully formulated by dermatologists to suit oily, dry, sensitive, combination, and aging skin. Only the quantity and layering technique needs to be personalized.

 2. Do your products contain artificial fragrance or parabens?

Absolutely not. Our fragrance expert Dr. Anupama has crafted each product’s aroma using only natural plant-based extracts. Our formulations are free of parabens, sulfates, silicones, and synthetic fragrances.

 3. When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders.

 5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video, and we’ll help you with a replacement or store credit.

 6. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are issued only if the order wasn’t delivered, or we’re unable to replace a damaged product. Refunds take 7–10 working days after approval.

 7. How do I know which product is right for my skin?

We offer personalized guidance based on your skin type. Visit our Know Your Skin Type page to identify your skin type and get tailored recommendations, or email us for expert advice.

 8. Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Standard shipping rates may apply on smaller orders or COD, if available.

 9. Are your products tested?

Yes, all products go through multiple rounds of dermatological testing, including stability, purity, and safety tests, to ensure they’re effective and skin-friendly.

 10. Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We do not test on animals, and our oils are sourced ethically from certified farms and facilities.
