Refund policy

We strive to provide only the highest quality products, formulated with care by our team of dermatologists and skin experts. However, we understand that skincare is personal, and your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is used.

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or broken upon arrival.
  • You receive the wrong product.

To be eligible, please:

  • Contact us at skincare@everyonepretty.com or avry1pretty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Attach a photo/video of the damaged product and outer packaging

If approved, we’ll replace the product or issue a store credit.

Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Your order was paid for but not delivered
  • A confirmed return is approved and we’re unable to replace the item

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
