 Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to provide only the highest quality products, formulated with care by our team of dermatologists and skin experts. However, we understand that skincare is personal, and your satisfaction is our priority.

 Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is used.

You may request a return or exchange only if:

• The product is damaged, leaked, or broken upon arrival.

• You receive the wrong product.

To be eligible, please:

• Contact us at skincare@everyonepretty.com or avry1pretty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

• Attach a photo/video of the damaged product and outer packaging

If approved, we’ll replace the product or issue a store credit.

 Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• Your order was paid for but not delivered

• A confirmed return is approved and we’re unable to replace the item

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping Policy

 Order Processing:

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day

 Shipping & Delivery Time:

• PAN India Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location

• Remote areas may take slightly longer

 Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500

• Standard shipping fee may apply for lower cart values or COD (if enabled)

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can follow the delivery status easily.

 Delays:

We work with trusted courier partners, but delays can happen due to bad weather, strikes, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and support.
